The MPD Self-Assessment Survey is not a test. It is a 39-question personal evaluation instrument that will help you learn more about yourself, your religiosity, and your future.

The results of the survey will remain confidential; they will be made known only to you and to the Director of Vocations for the Diocese of Rapid City.
