What texts should I use for lectio divina (spiritual reading)?

A very popular source of mediation is the Rosary. The life of Jesus and Mary unfolds in the mysteries of the Rosary. These mysteries offer a great source of meditation and a terrific opportunity to enter into contemplation. Some Scripture Passages that might be helpful:
